Shenzhen Haoyang Huifeng Technology(HYHF) Co., Ltd., established in 2006 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB, provides process technology for leading global heat dissipation companies.

The company focuses on the precision machining of core components for high-end heat dissipation solutions, the R&D, production, and sales of heat conduction solutions and automated complete machines, with over 20 years of experience in precision machining of automated CNC machine tools. It boasts a research and development team of over 200 people, with R&D, office, and production space exceeding 4100m². Its products cover liquid cooling radiators for communications and servers, widely used in data centers, communications, smart devices, new energy, and other industries.

Processing equipment

Our production workshop is equipped with over 200 CNC machine tools, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, deep hole drilling and other equipment. Our strategic partner factories have specialized equipment such as vacuum brazing, copper-aluminum brazing tunnel furnaces, lead-free welding lines, aging equipment, high-temperature ovens, and thermal resistance testing equipment. Our quality department is equipped with laser planar inspection equipment, 3D measuring machines, 2D measuring machines, height gauges, and other equipment.
